Can You Relate? 

As a regional or state SBDC director you’ve got a tremendous amount on your plate. How We Help

We provide two core products/services: 

  1. Strategic Planning Software
    Our cloud-based strategic planning software, Causey, is extremely easy to use and allows you to document, measure and communicate your core priorities and goals throughout your network. Several of the networks we serve have cascaded their overall strategic plan to each of their service centers’ strategic plans.

  2. A Strategic Planning Facilitation and Consulting Program
    We work with you to create a customized, step-by-step and replicable strategic planning process that aligns with accreditation. We help you clarify your leadership role, create assessments, develop a strategic plan, facilitate your team’s retreat, and provide you with the tools and software to ensure that your network’s plan is executed.
